What are your opening hours?
Full time members have 24/7 access to the hub. The Desk Space team is on-site Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.
Do you offer a trial day?
We do! Reach out and we’ll find a time that suits.
Do you offer assistance for NGOs?
Yes, we offer a membership discount for NGOs.
Are you pet friendly?
We sure are! All furry friends are welcome to the office - as long as they’re potty trained and use their inside voices.
Will I have access to meeting rooms?
Our memberships are all inclusive, so you can book a meeting room whenever needed with no additional costs incurred.
Will there be anyone on-site if I need support?
Our Experience Coordinators are on hand and ready to assist with anything from tech issues, new recruits, managing deliveries or even just a casual chat in the kitchen.
How often is the space cleaned?
Our team performs daily checks to ensure the office is kept sparkling. The building is professionally cleaned each night from Monday to Saturday.
What security measures are in place?
We have an integrated Access Control & Security System in all entry points and private offices. 24/7 CCTV cameras are also in our entry points as well as open plan areas.
Is there parking on-site?
Our inner-city location means we don’t have on-site parking. Fortunately, there are multiple secure parking options nearby. If you’d like to see our parking guide, please get in touch.
